NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY
All packages require buyer signatures at delivery. If the package is returned to our facility due to failed delivery, we will issue a refund to you deducting the original postage and a 15% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking fee for handling and return shipping.
If you detect that your package is damaged during transit. Contact us immediately by emailing aftercare@brandedhairextensions.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen packages since we are not the shipping company, but we will do our best to help you in this case.
PROCESSING TIME
BHE guarantees that all orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Natural bundles, straight and body wave textured frontals, closures are shipped out within 24 hours.
Please note that our products have different processing time displayed on the product page. This timeframe may be slightly different due to sales, holiday seasons or others.
Orders received after Friday at 2 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. (We generally still will send out products the same day unless your order is placed too late or during sales high volumes)
If your order contains a same day shipping product and a product that requires 3-5 business day processing time, your order will be shipped together within 3-5 business days.

Can I Change My Order Address?
We cannot change order recipient’s address or order items after the order is placed. If you entered the wrong address, please email aftercare@brandedhairextensions.com immediately to cancel your order (within 2 hours after placing the order).
Cancellation will result in a full refund including postage IN STORE CREDIT so you can place the correct order.
P.O. Boxes And Commercial Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or commercial addresses! If your item is marked undeliverable and returned to us, you will be refunded the order total minus original postage and $15 or 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater).

CUSTOMS DELAY: Your country may delay the entry of your package by up to 30 days or more. This is a rare case that is not in our control.
