GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders ship from our China warehouse or New Jersey mailing center. Shipping(3-5 business days) and same day processing (with exceptions, please see below).
Please make sure that your address matches your bank card’s file. If you have recently moved, please update your address with your bank or use Paypal to check out. We only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses.
If you purchase a same day shipping item before 2PM EST, you will receive a tracking number email within 2-3 business days. If you ordered an item with processing time, you will receive tracking 2-3 business days after the item has finished processing. Please contact us via live chat or email for questions about your package.
Branded Hair Extensions LLC may or may not notify you if you missed your delivery since we are not a shipping company. If you need help locating your package, please use our live chat system to contact us during business hours.
NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERY
All packages require buyer signatures at delivery. If the package is returned to our facility due to failed delivery, we will issue a refund to you deducting the original postage and a 15% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking fee for handling and return shipping.
Please refuse the package if you see that the envelope seems empty, cut-open, has holes. Contact us immediately by calling +1(833)330-0068 or email [email protected] . We will open an investigation with the carrier. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen packages since we are not shipping company, but we will do our best to help you retrace the item.
If the package is refused by the customer upon delivery due to customer’s change of mind we will refund the order total deducting the original postage and 15% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is greater).
We do not accept request for refund, exchange, returns for international orders outside of US, Canada and UK. If you are an international babe, you are more than welcome to give us a call or email us if you need help with confirming the hairstyle you desire!
Order placed before 2 pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on non working hours will be processed on the next available business day. (Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays)
Please note that our products have different processing time. This timeframe may be slightly different due to sales, holiday seasons or others.
Same day processing: all regular products ship out the same day or within 24 hours during business days.
Regular same day processing products include all bundles, 2*6, 4*4 closures, 13*4 frontals, straight and body wave textured wigs including lace front wigs, 360 lace wigs, full lace wigs. Russian blonde bundles and Russian blonde lace front wigs, full lace wigs .
Example: if you place a same day processing order on Monday morning, you will receive tracking around Tuesday-Wednesday, you will receive your package before the weekend.
products with processing time: If your order includes one of these items below, your entire order will be processed for 1-3 business days before shipping out.
Irregular products with processing time include all loose wave, loose deep wave, deep wave, water wave, curly, kinky curly, kinky straight lace wigs, 5*5 closures, 6*6 closures, 7*7 closures, 13*6 frontals, 360 frontals, bob wigs, HD lace products and Raw hair.
Curly/wavy textured wigs (including bobs, full lace, lace front, and 360 wigs)
Example: if you place an order that includes processing items on a Monday, the items will finish processing around Tuesday-Thursday. You will receive tracking email Thursday -Monday. You will receive the package some time around Tuesday or Wednesday the next week.
Branding, digital products:
For digital, branding and packaging products, please refer to the specific processing time in the product’s description. We cannot provide a specified time frame as our branding products include personal customization that can affect the processing time.
Hair extensions and wig below 8″ might sometimes be delayed by up to 1-2 business days.
Customized items, wig construction, colored hair, hair sample packs and wholesale packages:
Customized hair, wig construction and colored units may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out. This includes colored wigs, colored bundles, hair bang customization, wig construction, bright colored wigs and bundles. (Example: if you order a honey blonde wig on a Monday, it may take 3-5 (generally 3) business days for us to finish customizing the color, then another 3-5 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver to you)
Hair Sample Packs: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time if you order hair samples because these samples are made based on request.
Wholesale packages and large orders may take up to 1-3 business days to be shipped out. We do this to ensure your items are correct since it’s a bulk order.
Orders received after Friday at 2 pm EST will be processed first thing on Monday. (We generally still will send out products the same day unless the volume is too high.)
Please understand that we have the processing time to make sure that we package all the products correctly.
All processing times and shipping time are “safe” estimates so our customers can co-ordinate their schedule for delivery. Our parcels normally can arrive as much faster as in 3 business days.

LEGAL RIGHTS, ITEM NOT DELIVERED
Shipping and packaging process is recorded with photo proofs and videos for ensuring correct shipments.
We do not honor refund to claims of “item not delivered” if the tracking indicates a correct delivery address. If you do believe there is a shipping error, we are glad to open a case for you with shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages occurredd during shipping.
We do not honor refund to claims of “item not as described” as our product photos are taken right out of the package. We do not honor refund or exchange if the product isn’t returned to us in brand new condition.(see Return Policy)
Hair is considered high value product. We may call or email you to verify your identity by asking you to present a government photo ID when the below situation occurs:
- Billing and shipping address don’t match your bank’s file.
- Order amount exceeds a designated high amount such as $150.
- If your shipping address is not United States.
Filing a dispute with the bank after receiving and using a perfect product is considered a fraud. BHE will press charges on all illegitimate chargeback frauds. The cardholder will be banned by our store and sent to collection agencies. Any credit card fraud will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of law to protect our customers. We reserve the rights to refuse any sale if we detect suspicious activities as we do our best to protect card holders and our business.
USA, Canada, UK shipping takes 3-5 business days. If your order has processing time, please calculate the processing time PLUS the shipping time to estimate your delivery.
Other international shipping may take up to 6-10 business days.
Tracking numbers will be generated 2-3 business days after the item is shipped out. You will receive an email containing link to your tracking page. Check your inbox and spam folder if you can’t find the information.

Can I Change My Order/Address/information?
Unfortunately, we cannot change address for security purposes. If you put in the wrong address please email [email protected] and we may be able to put a hold on the parcel if the product isn’t delivered. If we do manage to hold the parcel back, we will refund your order total amount minus original postage and 20% or $35 handling fee (whichever is greater) because the shipping carrier charges us for the parcel’s redirect or return. If the product is shown delivered, we will help you contact the shipping carrier but there is not much we can do since we are not the shipping company. We do not refund to wrong addresses.
Branded Hair Extensions and Our Drop Ship & Wholesale Program are not responsible for delayed shipments due to uncontrollable reasons such as holidays, natural disasters, etc.
Please note that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information provided by the customer will cause delays. Branded Hair Extensions does not take responsibility and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages as we are not a shipping company, however, we will initiate an investigation and help you the best we can to retrace your package!
Custom clearance issue is an extremely rare case, we will assist you with our best effort to release your package.
For our customers out of the US, international customs may require fees that we do not know. International customers are responsible for the necessary paperwork and cost to clear the parcel. If you need help from us, we all gladly assist!
P.O. Boxes And Commercial Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or commercial addresses! Your address has to be your own residential street address, otherwise the package will not be delivered. Customers are subject to additional shipping fees if the parcel is returned to us due to “un-deliverable” address.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE US, UK, CANADA
CUSTOMS DUTIES: You country may charge duties and tax upon the product entering your country. We do not know that amount. Customers are responsible to paying all related taxes. We thank all of our international hair dolls for your loving support!
CUSTOMS DELAY: Your country may delay the entry of your package by up to 30 days or more. This is a rare case that is not in our control. We do our best to make sure you can track your package easily through our tracking emails.However, we are not responsible for delays not by our fault and do not honor refund if the item is not returned to us in the original condition.
