All packages require buyer signatures at delivery. Tracking numbers are sent out 2-3 business days after the order has been SHIPPED OUT. Please check your tracking as soon as you receive it to avoid missing the delivery. If the package is returned to our facility because of multiple failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund to you deducting the original postage and a 15% or $25 (whichever is higher) restocking fee for handling.

We will open a case with our shipping carrier to investigate. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you with this kind of condition.

If the package is perfectly intact but is refused by the customer upon delivery due to customer’s change of mind, we will refund the order total deducting the original postage and 15% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is greater). If you do want to avoid restocking fee, please follow the return instructions below.

We do not accept request for refund for international orders outside of US, Canada and UK. Please make sure to double check your order before you purchase. If you are an international babe, you are more than welcome to contact us if you need help with confirming the hairstyle you desire!


Please Initiate your return/exchange request using the form at the bottom of the page within SEVEN (7) DAYS after the package is signed. We can only issue refund or exchange if the product is returned in UNUSED, UNOPENED, ORIGINAL RESELLABLE CONDITION THAT’S SENT TO YOU. 

1 . Hair bundle must NOT be untied, unwrapped at the top. The security bundle choker seal must not be broken.

2 . Weft must be intact and must NOT be cut.

3 . The hair must NOT be washed, tampered with, dyed, cut, installed, bleached or appear to be worn. Curly textures must NOT be combed out, uncoiled or fluffed up.

4 . Lace must NOT be cut, tinted, dyed, bleached, plucked glued or altered in any way. Please use a wig cap to try the hair on!

5 . If your package includes any free gifts or add-ons, please include them in your return package. Missing or broken packaging and add-ons will result in up to 15% or $25 restocking fee (Whichever is greater). We trust that all of our customers are well put together!

We do not issue refund for unreturned products.

We are not responsible for any stylist or any individual trying to dye your hair because not everyone is a color specialist.  We provide hassle-free Customize Service which will give you a promising result.


1 .Please contact us within 7 days before you send anything back as we have the right to refuse unsolicited parcels. Refund request after the SEVEN (7) DAY grace period will not be honored.
2. We do not refund original shipping. Your refund will be the order total excluding the original shipping fee. If your order included free shipping, your refund will be the order total minus original postage. 

3 . Any return or shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you to use a trackable method when you send back the package. We are not responsible for lost return package.
4. If the package is refused at delivery due to customer’s reasons. We will refund the order total amount MINUS the original postage and 15% or $25 dollars (whichever is greater) as restocking fee for handling and shipping. This situation includes “un-deliverable address”, refused or abandoned package, wrong address and other similar scenarios.

5. If your order isn’t delivered but is within our stated processing/shipping time, we cannot cancel your order. We ship most of the products within the same day and cannot refund if the product is on its way. Please check out shipping policy for timeframes. 6 . Products that have broken seals, been tampered with and appear to be worn are nonrefundable. We cannot accept products that appear to be used due to the law.

7 . Digital products and branding products will not be refunded/exchanged/returned because they are customized. This includes LOGO design, paper shopping bags, soft hair bags, satin bags, hang tags, bundle chokers, high end brochure, customized websites and any product listed under “Custom Branding”

8 . All colored hair and customized wig constructions are non-refundable. We always try to go extra miles to confirm your custom colored products, but due to lighting and uncertainty of human hair, if you have strict requirements on colors, please order our natural hair products and take them to a loca stylists to customize.

9 . All wholesale packages(including bundle wholesale packages and wig wholesale packages), bulk orders, hair sample packs are non-refundable.

10.  Drop Shipping Membership fees are non refundable.We will not refund any drop shipping membership fees or any website fees. We do not refund these membership fees if the service is not used due to the customer.
11 . All sales are final for products on sale or clearance. All sales made through an affiliate link or using affiliate discount/promo code are final.
12 . If a product is purchased at a retail price and the same product later goes into sales or clearance, we do not refund the difference.
13. We do not refund to lost or stolen package and shipment delays caused by shipping carrier.

14. We have the right to refuse refund/return/exchange or service to an individual if we detect any abuse of our generous return policy such as excessive return and consumer fraud. Credit card thieves and fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent by court and will be blacklisted. If we detect a malicious use of credit card chargeback, the cardholder will be sent to collection agency for any monetary loss caused to Branded Hair Extensions LLC.

15. Please make sure your billing address, shipping address match your banking information. We may request to verify a customer’s ID and confirm the order before we allow the purchase for security reasons. We keep records, photos and an extensive records of order details for customers who entrust our brand.

If you dropship hair from Branded Hair Extensions, please read our drop shipping Return Policy & Shipping Policy as they are different than our retail site.



Please include the order slip and fill out the return/exchange slip at the bottom of the order slip (so we know who is the buyer). 
Ship back the products with all the original packagings, any free add-ons, cards and gifts, we cannot honor the full refund if the item in the original package is missing.

Please note that customers are responsible for all returning shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail the package to prevent losing the parcel.  We are not responsible for lost return mails.



Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.  The payment will be refunded to your original payment method.  We will notify you by email when your refund completes processing. It may take extra time for the balance to show up on your account. Please refer to your own bank for this extra processing time.
If you used your store credit to purchase, the order amount minus original postage will be posted to your store wallet.

  1. Item is open, used, altered, dyed, colored, combed, anyhow tampered to un-resellable state.
  2. Original packaging is missing and broken.  Additional add-ons are broken.
  3. Any defect not caused by Branded Hair Extensions.
  4.  An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items, etc..

  5. We take credit card frauds and chargebacks seriously. Any fraud activity will be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent by Branded Hair Extensions. If you have issues with your order, please contact us directly and we are happy to help! Filing a chargeback through the bank after receiving the product will result in permanent blacklist on your name, address and bank account. Branded Hair Extensions will take any measure for legal investigation and press charges for any individual committing chargeback frauds and theft as we have the right to protect our customers and our business.

Branded Hair Extensions and All its Extended Programs reserve the rights to refuse service to any customer due to any activity noted as above (effective online, in store and in person).




Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once the payment is confirmed.
